The retreat will give the new class an opportunity to learn about themselves, their leadership style and their fellow classmates through a self-assessment evaluation, various teambuilding and communication activities. The retreat sets the stage for the upcoming sessions by weaving leadership styles and skills throughout each session culminating in the Leadership Day.
